THINGS PEOPLE OFTEN ASK US.

  • Yes, any time, from your account. Choose how many deliveries to skip (one, two, or until you’re back from holiday) and restart it with one click. Nothing is charged while it’s paused.

  • From your account, with a single button: no phone calls, no long surveys. Cancel by Monday at 12:00 and that week’s delivery won’t ship.

  • Of course. Change the taste, size, grind or rhythm before any delivery. Changes made by Monday at 12:00 apply that week; after that, from the next delivery.

  • We roast on Tuesday, pack the same day and hand it to the courier on Wednesday. It arrives in one or two working days, anywhere in Romania, free. If you live in Cluj, you can also collect it at the café.

  • Coffee is at its best between day five and day thirty after roasting. That’s why we send as much as you drink, no more. Keep it sealed, in the dark, and out of the fridge.
